At a memorial service this morning, a good friend who used to work for me lost his wife to cancer, she was only 37, left a 4 year old daughter. Absolutely tragic

Just back from walking Bruce.

Took him round the fields, and on the way back, just on the edge of town a car pulled up about 50 metres in front of me and two fellers get out and fly tip a TV on the verge! Honestly, no shame whatsoever.

I got the reg and reported it to the big council. If the vehicle is registered I'll very happily appear in court for that one and watch their eyes water as they're anally invaded either a big fat fine.

Well done for getting the reg
I keep seeing fly tipped stuff when I go riding
I try to take a photo and send it to the counsel whenever I do
most of they seem to be pretty good at clearing it up within a few days

reminds me - last time I went out I saw a LOAD of carp along a path - must report it!!!

:hello: Morning, the clocks get pi$$ed around with today.
Bedding washed and now going to the chemist for the 2nd time :cursing: to pick up my perscription
I hope they have it now.

Oh, I forgot about that. Bummer. I prefer lighter mornings rather than evenings.

It feels like back to winter here. Cold and overcast with rain and wind due soon. A walk has been done though.

Good morning. Dull but potentially sunny later. Our performance at last night's quiz was embarrassingly dismal. Mrs P was very tired and didn't join us. She has remarked, unkindly, on the poor showing. Second from last. 😱☹️

Today I must buy timber for allotment work, find a new gate, Mother's Day flowers, general tidying.

Great excitement. I have found a limescale remover product that seems to work. Bizarrely one of our loos builds up limescale at the bottom of the pan, the other doesn't. Weird. Anyway chucked a load of this stuff, scientific eh, down the pan and 30 minutes later the limescale scrubbed off........with a long handle brush, I should add.

Next task is to try on a small batch of the shower cubicle glass.

Haven’t used that particular product, but, have used that brand of upvc cleaner and window cleaner. Excellent.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Something for dinner/another meal or something he ate?

Didn't make it past the swear filter.

Clay pigeon shooting so no food there

IMO one of the worst crimes that can be committed as it against all the people as well as the planet.
I do hope you get them.

If I didn't have Bruce with me I'd have taken some photos. There were only two of them and I'd have made light workmkf them if they'd have wanted to turn nasty, but I don't want Bruce getting hurt during any confrontation so feigned disinterest while mentally noting everything.

Selfish, lazy scumbags. They're only 2 miles from a council tip, could have quiet easily just driven it there.

We use one - I think it is Tesco own brand - that works great on shower glass, taps and all that
Harpic seems to work down the loo!
