I will be glad to see the end of this month. It is a cursed month for me.
Now, my stepson has meningitis and is poorly in hospital. He is 52. Let's hope they caught it early enough.

Maybe it should be a wake up call not to enlarge the risk of chaos with a third runway but instead expand a different airport. Hey, we could even build a high speed rail link to connect it to the capital.

Finally got round to taking my bike to the LBS this morning

Asked him to check the ebike software and stuff and give the bike a general check over
Especially the gears as they basically changed the physical gear some random time after I flicked the lever

He checked the bike out and said everything was fine - but the gear cable was "full of muck" and stretched so he replaced it

Plus he sorted out the software

H had no clue how to sedn me the printout - or actually print it out
so he left that for me to do - I put a USB drive into the computer - checked with him first and he was fine with it (!!!) - so I have the print out

apparently I mostly spend my time in "OFF" mode - which apparently include time spent over the motor cut-off speed - which is good

and - for some reason - the lights are enabled in spite of the Bosch lights not be installed!

Bike all sorted - ride much better and the gears work fine
only charged me £10

Two bottles of Ruby Ale to be consumed later tonight.i have already eaten three quarters of the £1-59 large bar of milk choc that i bought.Got to keep the rest for tomorrows coffee break.Oh and half a link of Bury black pudding from Waitrose,Aldi bp i found a bit spicy.
