Since I've started to fancy people with crow's feet lines, gnarled hands and grey hair, I realise I may be getting old
Unless you're Wayne Rooney, in which case you're 21.

Many people remember seeing that show well enough to think it recent.

Then you find out somebody born at the time has graduated from college., makes you fel old.

You'll have to tell me what the show was. My eldest son was 40 recently and I've got stepchildren in their 50's, sometimes I feel old.

As Chris said, it was Friends. I never really watched it, but even I knew that Lisa Kudrow was one of the main stars.

My youngest daughter turned 40 last year, and I have a grand daughter who is learning to drive, so I know how you feel.

Been watching some of the world cycling championships on TV over the last few days. Took me back to 1982, when I was off work, sick with something and watching the world's. I'd just bought a VCR and tried recording every snippet. Only just binned the cassette. Made me realise, that was over 40 years ago - made me feel old.

But then I remembered I saw the world's at Leicester in person, 12 years previously. Now I feel truly ancient.
