Seems to be some confliction in the definitions presented.
Rhyming slang suggests a movement or a brand of motor vehicle.
Or is it a comment on the quality of the vehicle?

Don't understand that, which exactly what a Scooby is, in the context it was being used.

In the context of the post it was just the poster saying they didn't know, I haven't got a scooby doo = I haven't got a clue = I don't know.

These things tend to go in fashions. The numbers have been increasing recently, but it still isn't among the most common.
According to this https://forebears.io/scotland/forenames

It is the 160th most common forename in Scotland, with 1 in 750 Scots having it. That is fewer than I would have guessed.

And Douglas is the 61st, that IS a massive surprise to me, genuinely, as we always seem quite scarce to me.

They are brave having a gender column in today's world, although I did notice that Kyle had 95% male 5% female, I wonder if that is deliberate or 5% of parents didn't realise there was an I in Kylie

I had 'a fall' early this morning. Early as in 4am when I let my dog out for a pee. He did a number 2. As I put my walking stick on the path outside my flat, to bend down to pick it up, the wearing a bit thin rubber ferrule slipped from under me on the wet, tree sap covered path. It was one of those moments I haven't experienced since cycling 'off' days. I fell on my left shoulder, with luckily my right arm pointing upwards, stopping my head from hitting the floor. My first thoughts were not another broken hip or another dislocated shoulder, but as I got up I felt ok apart from being quite shaken. I went to bed then when I woke up about an hour ago after a restless night I felt the pain. Most of which is in my right knee. I've just taken 2 paracetamols, so let's see if they work. I'm just glad nothing broke and that it was at 4am when no one saw the embarrassing incident. Though at that time, if it'd been worse I could've been led there for an hour or so.

Feel your pain in every way.

Try paracetamol and ibuprofen, 1:1. Slightly more effective and deals with the swelling better. Works for me, I am not a doctor, just qualified by experience

Isn't Ibuprofen the one that causes constipation? 🤔 I remember taking it ( I think) a few years ago. The doctor also prescribed a thing called 'Laxido' to help with the problem.

It can it can also be an issue for people how have asthma problems
