Groundhog Day…….. rode to the lighthouse, been for a swim and breakfast and now lazing in the sun. Lunch out and a few beers with maybe a run added in.

Popping out to harvest some wild thyme for cooking some chicken with onions and garlic this morning, then probably out for a short ride to a ruined hilltop château this afternoon for some drone fun.

Good sleep after yesterdays hilly pedal and cider based recovery drinks (counts towards your 5 a day). May not do too much active stuff today but I'll see what I feel like after we've taken the hounds out.

Rain due incoming. That should help bed in all the compost I spread out yesterday in the sunshine doing the garden fettling.

Afternoon all. Very lazy weekend so far. Both kids back at uni now. Waiting patiently for 2x MRI scans and a CT scan. Gonna be here a long while. Happy days!!
