Is the top tube weld failing at the steerer end?
My local does a small cod and chips for £6.30 or a mahoosive cod and chips for £7.50, for Surrey not at all bad, and can order online and collect which makes life simple

Now £8.10 and £6.80 so only a small increase this year
Had to have a few days in Banbury last week, cod and chips £9.00.
However the biggest shock was a pub in town charging £4.85 for a pint of Carling and £2.45 for half a cider!!
At another pub in town we got change out of £4.00 for both drinks. So my advice if you have to visit Banbury go to the Dog and Gun.
One of my locals has got a beer on at £8 for 1/3 of a pint .... Mind you it's 13.5%
The Maynard, near me, t'other night this:

£6.45. No food.
Rubbish beer toboot.
To put THAT full-on, into perspective.....
Last week, I went into my local branch of "W/spoons" - (Actually, it was on the evening of Tuesday, 28th June '22)
I bought THREE - (Yes, as in THREE) - DRAUGHT Pints of the marvellous "Theakston's Old Peculier" for £6.30
That's just £2.10 per pint, on draught !
And they were bought to my table - And I was given another (separate) pint-glass brimmed-full with ice.
Saddens me to say it, but, I've "chucked the towel in" with all other Pubs - This £6.00-£7.00 per pint lark, can go shove-itself !
.
I have seen them in the Lake District, £7.00 a half.
Which pub is that as you are Chester based like me I believe.
So many things...Take your time checking what's wrong with this one ... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/155063128198

The Cellar, City Rd ... you can get their current beer list online. They also sell a bottle for 30 quid!! No doubt to lashed racegoers who have had a few wins
If this is the place to report ridiculously high pricing I will put my old BT bill in for scrutiny.
I was out of contract by a year or so which meant they put me on one they saw fit. £185 was what they put in the letter for broadband (basic option down copper line), evening/weekends calls and a newer router.
Let me spell that out...£185 per month!
Is that the one that used to be a normal pub (can't recall the name but I remember the landlord was Fred Smith) opposite where Champers / Maxwells was.
The only place I drink in that area now is the Bridgewater, you can still get a pint sub £3.00.
