Watched it on YT via a VPN. Ouch.

In other news, another Dutchman has been sacked. Yes, ETH. Ruud van Nistelrooy in temporary charge at the Theatre of Horrors.

One has to wonder who would be daft enough to take the job at Old Trafford? Expectations are ridiculously high and, if the club is honest, unachievable given the past 10 years.

Wilderness time.

I don't know what their expectations are tbh.

If too high they may have to recalibrate for a while - as per Chelsea.

The MUFC manager gig is still regarded as a plum job and, no doubt in my mind, all but a rarified few, would give almost anything for the position.

To be winning the league every other year.

They don't get it, the competitive nature of English football means no one or two clubs can achieve permanent domination as they do in other countries. Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, they've all had reigns that have come to an end and the same has been true since the original league was formed. Man City will find that out too.

Imagine being the Manchester United manager and having yon 'Fergie' breathing down your neck! Has he been fecked of yet by Jim Ratcliffe who saw right through him and his antics, or is he still there soaking up the freebies and tut! tutting at every mistake the current manager makes!

Fergie's ambassadorial role at Man Utd was binned last week. A long overdue decision about a position which created more problems than it was worth for the club.

He'd be ok still at showing schools, private box types etc round their can't deny it, very impressive trophy room which must take hours, but that'd have to be it. No sitting with the hierarchy on match days, giving that  type look when the manager or his players cock it up, then slagging them off in the prawn sandwich lounge after the match. As one bloke who was in his company told me he did.

Whilst ten Hag was on the way 0ut anyway, so should that ref and the VAR man.

Stupidity from both even if the ref final decision was that usual referees union nonsense.
