Yes, he took us/England to consecutive Euro finals, one being on foreign soil and Ramsey's win was at home in some might say lesser opposition days. I hope they don't give him a Knighthood as has been suggested, as he didn't win anything. Maybe award him a CBE or something, but something tells me he'll be knighted in the New Year's Honours List.
