Burndust had a puncture...

I had a chain off yesterday..

Hope you liked Stratton Audley..
Tbh I think my puncture Is due to the trainer tyre being ever so slightly to narrow for my cx wheels..btw @theedge i cant see your comment as bkool havnt sorted the fault with expanding comments yet lol

I use a cx bike too and have 28 gator skins on and no problems so far...

I do think the bkool software is particularly robust...

I did my first FTP this morning, I tried it earlier in the week, but when I saw it was 2 hours of riding in the estimated time and 21 miles of 2% hell, I aborted.... glad to report, it stops after 20 mins and that's the test over. Lots of room for improvement in my results LOL

I can see why a normal TT might be boring, after 10 mins of 2% I was ready to quit and go find something more interesting to ride.... perhaps I have a short attention span LOL

I do find having ITunes on helps...

Keeping Cadence between 80-100 rpm should be the target for efficiency..

Nah your not alone....the vr element keeps It interesting

Just got the Bkool and have to say I'm impressed with it.
I did a quick downhill session just to try it out and then used a Fit file imported from my Garmin and the ride was more or less the same on the turbo to the road.
The hills seemed harder on the trainer but the down hills quicker and obviously not having to stop for traffic is a bonus ;)

Hope fully when I get to grips with it fully I could maybe join some of you in a ride on it.
