Red canary sauce, they do 3, green and yellow the others.
My knees are shot. Grinding up double digit climbs for kms at a time.

16 minutes, he has finished Tdf 5 times though.....
Definitely recommend after my 2nd time. Great weather, great rides and tough climbs
