I was going to say looks accurate, but Keith beat me to it. Just like at work , the first thing we tell everyone is reboot. Even if you have a flat tire on your car, try turning it off and back on.

It was like being back in pro sling days.
I was spiking up to 1000 watts on every sharp climb and I was nearly over it before it settled.

Good news was no reflux so that is a good start.

You could be right about a reboot as my cadence was mad (not sane) as well.

I'm working out of town next weekend on Prince of Wales island, so I did this week's ride. It is a shame I'll miss the live race because it felt like I could use small bursts of power and then my weight advantage to be competitive. I'll have to challenge some ghosts next week.
