I agree, I have the same. I think two subscriptions is ok in terms of cost/benefit balance. I have Bkool for our league rides, which give me the competition and Big ring vr for solo rides. The quality of their video is fantastic, so much better than bkool. It is never laggy and is much more wide angle making the experience more realistic. It also amazes me how quickly the time goes on Brvr and how easy it is to search for rides by various criteria. We are about to ride the tandem and I was able to look for a an easy 40 minute ride and then select on the difficulty coefficient and height gain. Not very and not much since you ask! Tonight's is in Norway but I had options from around the world.I
I kept my BRVR subs going, even when I couldn't ride, because of the quality of the video and I knew I'd eventually be back.
The SW has come on a lot since it started.
I'm using Zwift Factory workouts over the videos and once the workout is complete it allows you to finish the video.
You can break up the rides into shorter segments if you don't want, or are unable, to complete them in one session. They now are able to continue an unfinished ride to completion.
If there are other riders doing the same video ride, at the same time as you are, they are shown on the ride profile. You can also select riders who have completed the route to compete against.
They have over 400 videos from all over the world and keep adding more each month. From classic well known routes to stunning new areas. From 3km long leg snappers to 80+km long tours. Some are quite vicious.
You can run your own videos with associated gps files to re-live your favorite routes. I'm generating some of the rides I did in Spain in August and September.
I really like the system due to the quality of video and variety of the rides.

In an effort to get more people to join at a time when lots of regulars had left and it looked like we might fold due to lack of numbers I decided to admit anybody. I then try, though it's not easy, to contact them with a welcome letter explaining the scheduled rides and pointing them here. I actually don't mind too much people who we don't know riding the league, some actually do all the sessions so they are obviously getting something out of it, but ideally everybody would contribute here. As ever if as a group we only want to go back to only admitting people who have asked here then that's what I'll do.

Hi, thank you, it is a humpback, took the shot in mauritius island.
When I ran my league, I’d accept all (but one), then periodically sift through the non participants and delete them. I never received any complaints and they could always re-join.

Jim, is yours still going? I tried to find a ride this week.
Oddly enough mon ami, I have been ‘sifting’ through today and deleted everyone. The plan, to launch a new league for October - possibly a winter tour for the darker months. There is however one caveat with the Tour CycleChat - it is going to be only for Amateur and Active only. Apologies to the Greens n Blues..

Does anyone know when the next Bkool cheap subscription will be about?
I don't want to run 2 full price subscriptions (BRVR) and a gym membership (currently suspened due to lack of shower facilities). I don't have that amount of time or physical fitness. I may rejoin on a month to month basis, but will pay for full year if it is cheap enough.
