all in 2d
i want my 99p back
my cold aka man flu got the better of me at the end and i was reduced to real watts

I couldn't even get into normal 2D mode although it is definitely a 3D ride as it was on Thursday and it was per's result that I challenged. The system must be acting up. I was stuck on the very first screen so couldn't even see the route. When we set off I could only use the drafting box in the upper middle screen to see anyone.

3D for me but in warmup in drone my computer froze and I had to reboot which seemed to reset the trainer to extra slow low Watts for the effort. I decided all I wanted to do was finish.

Everything was slow when I logged in, and I couldn't see any routes. Then I was disconnected and I logged in again. Things were still slow, but I finally found the session.

Not a very good route anyway, those 3-4 consecutive 10% changes (that felt like dead stops to me) after the first descent really killed me. Heading into the next descent @shimceltic was only 13 seconds behind me!! Doing 2 hours on The Dark side less than 6 hours ago didn't help me on the long climb either… :surrender:

@BILL S @perswe @Brusgaard I have a long hard ride itrw tomorrow but by Sunday y evening I might be up for a wc redo of a stage if any of you want support for a stage you haven't done or want to do again. I'm not promising I'll last the distance but I'm happy to pull for as long as I can.
How about stage 10? I have yet to decide when to saddle up tomorrow, probably around 15 or 16 CET, but I could do it earlier maybe. It seems the second part would be good with some company. Please advise!

My real world ride turned into a nightmare when I had to ride home when completely spent due a train problem. I'm afraid that having ridden for 21 out of the last 22 days I need to make today a rest day. Sorry

LIVING THE DREAM
wc s9 for me at 19 00 or before

actually starting soon
S9 went well. Back in the top 20 and 1st of all the riders with 9 stages done rather than 10.
Flying under the radar as they say.
I am sticking to my 1 stage 1 atempt routine as last year.
My time is definitely coming to an end though. Not sure if its my heart or my age, or both perhaps!
I may have to go out and buy some corduroys soon and some slippers.

Ooooh, do they do slippers with cleats? We, your loyal domestiques are doing our best to be on page one to support you, though as I'm now just riding on Mondays a week behind, like you in often one stage behind lots of people.
