.i dont know why but i can only export fit files as well, others on here seem to be able to get the other files but there greyed out on mine
My understanding of the export function is:

You can only export tcx and gpx files if the file you sent to Bkool already contained route data. In other words, you must have ridden outside while using a Garmin or other GPS tracking device. I assume that the Bkool app has an automatic upload. If you use another device, you need to send the file to Bkool using the "import sessions" button in the menu.

The route data supplied by Bkool for video or Google Earth rides is never part of the export file, and so only works within the Bkool site.

If you ride on the Bkool trainer, the file will include speed, cadence and power data generated by the Bkool software.
If you have a bike computer which records speed and/or cadence and is Ant+ compatible, you can choose to use this data instead of Bkool's by pairing the appropriate sensor when setting up the configuration in BSim.
If you wear an Ant+ compatible heart rate monitor and pair the sensor, the data file will include that as well.
You can export all this data as an hrm or a fit file (if you used a heart rate monitor) or as a fit file (if you didn't).

If you have a power meter, Bkool cannot read the data from it and will always use it's own generated power figures.

As @harly and @Simon Schultz rode indoors and without a heart rate monitor, only the fit file export option is available to them.

I have been using TCX Creator successfully in the past but the last few rides I had to merge using FIT File Repair Tool (which I had to pay for )
I wondered if the FIT File Repair Tool would solve your problem, but I wasn't prepared to pay to test it out
Glad you got it sorted. Let's hope people stop playing with hrm file formats and leave us with system which, although complicated, actually works.

Ah ok - so I should be able to re-ride some of my recent local rides on google earth and get route data. I'll have a go at that. Thanks for the very useful replies.

Just tried to export a ride I had uploaded from my Garmin and also ridden using Bkool but still only have the option to export hrm or fit files. As quoted from BKool support "indoor sessions don't contain any gps information". This is one area, integration with Strava or similar, that I wish could be improved.

Actually there's many areas in which Bkool could be improved, speed of site, searching videos, community forums and to be able to mail support with issues that require more than one sentence. They are not really hard to implement are should really be the necessary basics for a successful product.

If you export the original outdoor file (marked as "using Garmin" or "using a GPX file" in the completed sessions list), you should have gpx and tcx options.
If you export the version you rode on the trainer ("using BCycling"), you won't.

Oh my, you lot really do take your cycling seriously, 3 grand for a bike................... only in my dreams

What do you ride at the moment and what does everyone else ride?

At the moment I ride a Ribble (see profile piccy). I just want to make the transition to carbon fibre and I want to play with Di2 lol

Do we all use strava? Maybe a strava team bkool cyclechat group/club should be created lol
There is already a CycleChat group, which some people may not know about. Of course, that doesn't prevent us having a separate one.
Were you thinking of uploading all your rides, or just the outdoor ones? I don't intend to use the Bkool app, and I can't be bothered to upload to Bkool as well as to Strava, so the Bkool wall won't show my outdoor rides (if I ever get round to doing any ).

Just my outdoor rides, can't be bothered with merging files
