It's a 2014 model - do you know what the difference is between that model and the current one (apart from not being compatible with the Kickr Climb)?

Lots of people love theirs. Suggestion from serious racers it over reads by 10% especially as you up the watts. Not sure that really matters to the less than super human. Some quality issues though who knows if more/less than others.. Doesn't use a strain gauge, needs calibrating but again, so what. Perhaps ask over on the zwift racers FB page?

Mark Jones Very happy with my hammer. I don’t think it’s over-reading at an FTP of 245W. By comparison my previous bkool had me at an hilarious 350W. And fwiw I find it reassuring to be able to recalibrate if things seem off; the bkool has no such option and that annoyed me

Bridgy you sure want to get a turbo that overreads by 10%? I know it’s second hand, anecdotal evidence but I’d check that out first. Might be nothing but still...

Just think it seems a little counterproductive do replace one over reading turbo for another.

I quite agree. I want one reading at least 35-40% over, or it’s not worth changing in my opinion.
