Good morning my friends in CycleChat world.... Merry Christmas to you all.

I can’t say a great deal about the fire as it is still very much under investigation.

It was a difficult week on the Bonny Banks, ending yesterday with a lovely service of remembrance at Luss Church.

I left late yesterday and I am now back in the People’s Republic of Yorkshire, returning later this week.

Just a little tired but cannot complain..

As long as you catch up quicker than the State Pension age is running away from me.
Good news is I understand my prescription will be free in just over 2 years time.
Not due when I will get my fuel benefits though.

Well I've just paid, partially, for todays indulgence. A 30 minutes planned session. Today is a light one. Tomorrow is when the family gets together and it all goes to pot belly

That's down payment 2. An hour of mixed z1 and z2. I can go to my brothers with a relatively clean conscience, , about the meal later. A few and some . Tomorrow is back on lejog starting with stg 10 I think.

Ended up having to have our turkey meal today rather than yesterday (more drama with HID and the wonderful people at the NHS, even on Christmas day!) so am feeling the effects big time this afternoon. I may have cooked and eaten far too much Hopefully have a ride tomorrow although weather looking good so may try to get a bid of bird watching in

Xmas was good to me. Lot of good food, beer, mulled wine with rum and whiskey without having extra weight.
