Certainly enough ghosts now to help you get a really fast time :okay:
Yeah ... So I noticed with all the emails

At the moment i've got something like 50% reduction in power in my left leg ... Plus accompanying pain, hopefully I'll twist awkwardly in bed and realign my spine

I can however recommend Co-Codamol and red wine ... It may not reduce the pain much, but I no longer give a shoot!

Thanks Lars. Actually it was a gentlemen's finish by us both, more so by AAAC. Enjoyed the race though and bkool seemed to be quite generous with the watts today

You sure messed up my plans for today @BILL S.
I was just going to sit behind the raging rabble from Thursdays run and then go for broke 3/4's in or later.
Couldn't believe it when you pushed on at the start and you pretty much had me on my last legs near the end.
Thanks for sitting up a bit at that turn, I was blessed with a short dead stop for some reason.
Over 51 kph average though so not slow at all.
My cadence was up at 97 so I am please with that as well.

Yeah, looked like you both had a great race there. AAAC, I'm really curious about how you would do in a real life race/TT. Even if you had one of the most fairy-dusted Pro's, you would have a FTP well above 300 watts, which at your age is a rare thing I think.

I wouldn't want to burst my bubble @LBHIFI .
Other than that I don't own a front wheel so I wouldn't be very quick at all.
And as I also have no brakes I would end up in trouble with the law for 'wanton or furious driving'.

So far in 2017 (according to the BKool log) I've cycled 5,831 km over 175 hours and climbed 63.7 km . By the end of 2017 i'll easily be over 6000 km in distance  Now I know my target for 2018
Odd my summery says 276 sessions, 5499km, 2,499h, no climbing details . Yes that's what the time section says
My home page says 309 sessions, 5873km, 174h and my analysis page say 25979m climbed.

I can't make my numbers equalise from section to section.:crazy:

I do know I get good distance from my cooldown descents though

Mine is even more odd.
Home page, 325 sessions and 5805 distance.
Ranking, 189 sessions and 8062 km
I thought one could be miles and the other km but that isn't quite correct.
The only other distance that may no be covered is the 10 minutes warm up and 5 in cool down.
