Yeah, looked like you both had a great race there. AAAC, I'm really curious about how you would do in a real life race/TT. Even if you had one of the most fairy-dusted Pro's, you would have a FTP well above 300 watts, which at your age is a rare thing I think.

The other thing is that with a max HR below 170 and normally not topping 162 I would have to have a heart like an ox to fuel my legs.
Mind you that might explain the cowpats on the bathroom floor.

Yes, just like the Finnish (my brother lives in Helsinki!). I assume most of Skandanavia are the same?Although it is still Xmas eve not Xmas.

Here in Finland is white Xmas now, not happened every Xmas like last year. Little bit sad Xmas in here this year, dad passed away suddenly in a june. But lot of good food and drink we have. Try to be careful with a food, i need handicap against team cyclechat and Xmas food doesn't help for that .

I think you need to stuff yourself with Correlian pies!

Those are real good, especially well home made ones. Traditional egg butter make them more perfect.

Chaps. Hope everyone on the fun side of the split has a belting Christmas! May your glass always be full and your meat never dry! Or something that actually makes sense...

My one wish for next year is that we all find ourselves racing on the same platform. That and world peace obviously...

Jim if you’re reading this, I’m sure you’re in all our thoughts buddy!

Happy Christmas!

Couldn't have said it better TT.
Merry Christmas you'll.
And remember the sole purpose of 2018 is to make sure Pepe does not come first in the Nation's Cup and that we have a jolly good time making that so.
Remember the Armada!

Jim, my best wishes go out to you.
I don't even know you but I feel we are soul mates.
It's hard to know where to start regarding the recent tragedy but you are obviously physically OK.
Please let us know how you are coping and if we can we will help.

Good morning my friends in CycleChat world.... Merry Christmas to you all.

I can’t say a great deal about the fire as it is still very much under investigation.

It was a difficult week on the Bonny Banks, ending yesterday with a lovely service of remembrance at Luss Church.

I left late yesterday and I am now back in the People’s Republic of Yorkshire, returning later this week.

Just a little tired but cannot complain..

Merry Christmas All

PS. It’s my birthday in a couple of days @AAAC 76C - Catching you up Old Man.. :hugs:
