If i could get a trainer tyre that would fit my wheel i would all the trainer tyres are to narrow for my cx wheelsHad my tyre off an re-seated it, seems consistent all the way around apart from where the valve is, where it is ever so slightly higher causing the bump on the trainer. As I mentioned yesterday, its a lot quieter and also seems to offer better grip, especially when out of the saddle. Highly recommend anyone who is using a standard tyre to get one.

It is important to remember that pedal threads are different from left side and right side. The right side pedal has a right-hand thread (removes counterclockwise, installs clockwise). The left side pedal has a left-hand thread (removes clockwise, installs counterclockwise). Many pedals are stamped "L" and "R" for left and right.
You should notice a huge difference changing to SPDs, just remember to align your cleats correctly to avoid any knee pains (apologies if I'm preaching to the choir)Yeah read that...just had another bash still rock solid i might need to get something with more torque

Yeah might need a few adjustments...never used them before..gonna set the cleats in the middle seems a good place to startYou should notice a huge difference changing to SPDs, just remember to align your cleats correctly to avoid any knee pains (apologies if I'm preaching to the choir)
Just stop peddling, a 4 second timer appears, let it count down and then it will start the session.Any idea how to adjust the length of the warm up? not sure I need a 3 mile warm up before I ride 20 or 30K
