If i done a video of a ride , put it in virb with the gpx - how could it be ridden on the tacx neo ? what software would you use to watch/ride it ?
would it be bkool or another ?
busy saving my pennies now ready for winter
bkool has expired and i think zwift is about to - got to see what you are all gonna do before i pick !
the neo does look like it is more realistic and if its as quiet as you say then i may be allowed in the house rather than the shed
also if i can do rides/videos of local stuff realistically that would be another plus

I'm in a similar spot. If I get a neo I get to go in the spare room / man cave at the top of the house. The bkool is banned as it sends a vibration through the house like someone is trying to break up a slab of concrete...

The racings unmatched on bkool in my opinion.

Lee what I could do is make a video of me on the neo using bkool velodrome so you get an idea of the noise level.

You could use bigringvr to use your video very easy to do apparently, I'll be keeping zwift going, bkool runs out in February will think what I'm going to do about that as my 11 old son wants to use his bike on my trainer now  so that's the classic and I'll be on bigringvr over winter.

Paying 2 subs for something I enjoy, is worth it I think, I very really drink I don't smoke and hardly go out (you need friends to do that ), and the wife is perfectly happy with me using my trainer every day if i need to.
Actually thinking about it it's 3 subs as I use trainerroad now over the course of the year it's actually not that much.

It's all good for you isn't it? Subs don't cost much if you are happy with the service/friendly competition.
Zwift for me because I like the group rides and banter over discord. I hope to get into some races too especially the Masters league. I may also give Sufferefest another go. I remember it being a lot of fun pre bkool.

Well, well, well.
An interesting stage today, sort of!
Looks like no one had the legs/confidence to kick Froomy a second time when he was down.
I do think that in the interest of viewing they should all wear mics.
Aru appears to be in the position Dumoulin was on the Vuelta a couple of years ago. Able to challenge for the win but no backup from the team hurting the chances. The contenders appear to be racing for 2nd and lower, as if they feel that's the best they can do and not wanting to risk that by going for 1st.

Quintana blew up today, not really surprised, the signs were there, he is fatigued from the Giro. Aru, looks to be just holding on. Bardet is looking very strong and still a contender to take on Froome in the final two mountains stages.

The top 3 riders below froome need to take back his lead and add 1 minute to make it difficult in the TT

His team were tactically clueless yesterday. Did they not look back at the stage in previous years and do a bit of homework? Basic stage preparation prior to the GT that a lot of teams would have looked at or ridden.

I feel so proud, my son who's 11 has just tried out bkool and he loves it, need to get him some cycling shoes as his feet kept on slipping off his peddles and a slick tire as he has a mtb and he'll be good to go.
He hit the dizzie heights of 41 watts  So you fast guys had better watch out:laugh:
He did try zwift he didn't like that much lol

Must be tough for them when Froome loses around a minute with a puncture when they're going for it and he still gets back to them before the summit and then looks comfortable.

It was a cracking solo victory for Mollemma. Chapeau to him for keeping the chasers at bay.
Dan Martin at least put up a spirited fight to edge closer to Froome's time. Not sure he has much left in him but if he has and the rest day works for him then I think he will really go for it. Perhaps he and Bardet can work together?
