Also worth saying I've been concentrating on sprinting, high tempo, flatter courses recently to get high cadence in the legs. Not done a climb or long slow ride for ages but maybe i'm finding that shorter 'sprint' courses are more my thing? Certainly nice to be mixing it, to a lesser extend, with the big boys. Even 6 months ago I never considered this would ever be the case. It's thanks to the help, advice and support on here that I've been able to learn what I can do and be able to improve.
