Well , the blood thinning went well, my legs feel like a deflated air bridge this morning and the brain is sloshing around nicely in my skull.

In @BILL S 's absence I have a ride set up for 5 o'clock CG1 re-run. All Thursday's ghosts added I'll start warm up at 5 for race start at 5:10

The real world isn't all it's cracked up to be. Went mountain biking tonight and had a heavy fall. Hit my head pretty hard - my nice new mtb helmet has a big dent in it (birthday pressie, only second outing!) and I have an egg sized lump on my head. I'm just starting to get my memory back but I couldn't even say what day it was after it happened, or remember anything else from the last few hours.

Now the pain down the rest of the left side of my body is starting to kick in. Still, could Have been worse - nothing broken!

You don't get this with a bkool ride!

Ouch! Heal quickly bridgy and if you haven't done so already get your head checked out.
