Yep, they do firmware updates over Ant+ from time to time, I recently had my Pro updated to v3.4 by Bkool when they looked at a problem with mine, but v3.4 isn't generally available yet.

I didn't realise that firmware updates by Ant+ was possible. Is there a simple way to tell what firmware is installed?

Well, did my 6 mile Muddy Wuddy today! Felt more like 12 miles! Mud up to 8" deep, several rivers to traverse and a lot of lost trainers. If anyone wants to start a collection of single Salomon shoes, head to Woolhope in Herefordshire. Managed 57 minutes, and came 57th out of just under 300, so pleased with that, but what a brutal race! Looking forward to falling back into the loving arms of my centrally heated BKool mancave!

I feel your pain! There is nothing more frustrating than losing a Goats League (in particular) session. Just take some solace in the fact that the exercise itself will still have done you good, Bkool can't strip you of that!

Just done Moncenisio and its a long one. Not that tough but just very long. For about the whole of the second half I was more concerned with getting to the end than doing it fast or making good power. So glad it registered on bkool.

If you go into the bsim program under settings with the trainer paired and click on about bkool and then scroll down you'll see the firmware version.

Tis true but to coin the Strava Mantra, if it didnt log, it didnt happen

Seems to be the software letting me down, not the Bkool itself, ive deleted and reinstalled the software as well as remove any potentially conflicting programs (ZwifT) so fingers crossed thats ditched the bugs. Ah well, new day, sadly i am off the bike till weekend now, watch out next week.. :training:
