Thats what was happening yesterday. The 2 4 minute z1 periods during the workout between the z3 to z5 sets and between the z5 to z6 sets nearly had me off the bike cramping upMine would often be just on the verge of cramping during the handicap races, particularly if I decided to push on any of the downhills. That's when I knew I had the cadence just about right.

About half way.
Let me know when. I might join you.Got two sessions planned for the 23rd. 250 laps and 400 laps. I will not be doing them on my own .
I take it is an individual rather than TTT...The next Handicap Chase is Pico Peñas de Dios
Next run is 7pm (plus Warm Up and Start Time) tonight, Tuesday 7th March 2017.
Start Times (Handicaps) are as follows... (when underway time equals or exceeds the given Start Time).
If anyone else wants to take part, can they let us know a competitive time for the stage, or failing that their fitness level and who they usually finish close to.
Instructions are here... Chain Gang Handicap Race
I have recorded a short video showing the procedure here

7pm the warm up starts for 10 minutes. First rider out at 7.10pm.As a newb, an I just check the procedure for the handicap tonight....
1. First riders go off at 7pm
2. Just before your own start time you go into bsim and select the scheduled league event for tonight
3. You sit motionless until your start time (which will be 7:06:40 for me)
4. Go like the clappers for the next 40 mins or so
5. Fall off the bike and crawl into the fridge for a beer
Is that about right?

You would be off at 7.16.40
Make sure that you enter before your start time as on the screen you will need to enter a password 'chase' usually to get into the ride. Then wait the few seconds to start the ride at the correct time.

Yeah, looks like you'll be taking it easy and still winning with that start time Bill especially as you seem to be really on form at the moment...This is not quite right peterob.
2. You actually have to join the Live ride and not select a scheduled league event.
You therefore have to search for the ride using the Search tab the filter using the name of the ride to find it. There will also be a password to input and Geoff will let us know what it is just before the race begins.
edit: Just as Geoff has just posted above.
edit again: @gbrown Thanks for taking into consideration that my legs are rather tired ATM.
