That's a big amount of time to chop off. Tricky stage as well as there are big climbs and a large downhill/flat section where time can be easily lost. You need to use your ghosts wisely and make sure there are sone where you get a tow on the flat section.
I've unfortunately been ill and my cold us still lingering but feel tempted with a stage 9 blast.... what's the worst that can happen xx(.
If I get a fast start and fade mid point then at least I'll have got a ghost to follow next time for part of the ride.
I've added ghosts that i think i can catch with other ghosts with up 3 minutes behind the first so i can hopefully rest in between I've got bills and berty bassett ghosts in for me to chase and there the markers.

I've published February's Handicap league, please let me know who can make this Tuesday's 7pm Team Time Trial, and I'll try and get the teams together.

Since a number of people were struggling to make the start last week, I could aim to start warm-up at 7pm and first team starts at 7:10 (as for CG)?

Well after a 10 week poorly hiatus from the bike I got back on it today and did a nice gently rolling ride in Denmark with nothing steeper than 4% in it. Noticed the following:

1) My lungs appear to have been transplanted with those of a small mouse
2) The muscles in my legs have also had a transplant and been swapped for cooked spaghetti
3) Someone appears to have sewn an extra very uncomfortable seam into my previously very comfortable Endura bib shorts right where they are supposed to gently nestle my knackers
4) My comfortable seat is now uncomfortable
5) I was slooooowwwww but quicker than some other people on the same ride
6) I planned to do 10 miles but in the end stayed for an hour and did 17
7) For all of the above bitching and whinging I enjoyed being back in the saddle.

Not sure I would be anything but a hindrance on the TTT to team beige at the moment.

I'm gong to have a go at traineroad since Andy kindly gave me the free month tester but I'm not sure what that will mean regarding the rest of the leagues.
I'm dropping out of the winter league for sure. I'm tired pretty much all the time with intense work at the moment and trying to compete in a league I'm already 4 stages behind in and struggling is a bit depressing to be honest.
I'm going to try and make the handicap races when I can. Hopefully come the end of the month my legs feel less lead like than they do now!
