10.5%..... I wish! Try blue at 8.8% and only if I spin fast enough...What the gravity gives it also takes away. I need to put my compact 50\34 back on. Everything over 10.5% gives me blue numbers,

198th for me. Good thing I haven't added the (team cyclechat) after my name.Yeah, well done @Breedon
You got yourself into 33rd place. (66th for me)
Yeah it is but if you get into a rhythm and save 350+ for the last k or so when it kicks up to 14-15% then it's not tooo bad. Starting to fast though is something I have learnt to avoid.Good luck in zwift did the climb to the tower the other day what a slog that was.
Breedon,
Great time! I must admit I feared you were on the NEO but breathed a huge sigh of relief when I saw you were not.
Cracking ride Breedon. Was that on the Neo?
Seen Bob's comment, you now need to do it again on the Neo. For comparison
Cheers bill i was determined to redeem my self after the last wc ride, quite enjoyed it tbh.Yeah, well done @Breedon

I went up the hillier side steady, and got to the top ahead of both yourself and @Randyberlin but the 'down-side' of the ride was an absolute killer and Randy just blew me away. That was very hard. I won't be doing that ride again in a hurry!I took it quite steady Whorty, I tried to keep up with @Randyberlin going up but he turned round a minute up on me, by the time we returned, he had me beat by three minutes. I didn't kill my self on the way back..![]()
If I don't feel too bad tomorrow I might have a pop at WC8If I don't ride tomorrow I won't have a chance to get on the bike again until next Friday due to work, which is not ideal
Not a great way to train for the DD
I am officially in awe of Pep
WC S6 48 min at 6.24 W/kg at 140 bpm
I couldn't match Artanec up the final climb but Pep bested him by 2 seconds all at 142 bpm
Is he in his mid seventies?
That's ageism. This veteran 3 hit 176 bpm in today's race. Of course I finished 26 out of 27 with Bobinski dropping out.I am officially in awe of Pep

Done in erg mode mostly if not all
AAAC. You should have a try in erg mode
Just had a go at WC stage 8, just to see if there was any more Bkool generosity in the bag. It looked like it at first, but when we got to the climb the watts was pretty much on par, which I have noted is the case on +8% regardless of Bkool generosity.
Interestingly all the front guys didn't seem to be affected by dead stops. I was right on Jacobs tail when we hit the climb, but in no time a bunch of 10 guys whooshed past me and disappeared in the horizon.
I didn't have the stamina to finish that stage, but I would expect to finish right around Breadon's time.
