Same bike I have had since Sept/Oct last year made some changes, now will have to tweak position.

That's a good point.

I was only joking about the beards and sandals. Sort of.

The down shifters and massive saddle bags are a regular occurrence.
What is that program on BBC2 Scotland about outdoors life.
They have done 2 features over the last 2 or 3 years about 2 famous audaxes in Scotland.
The Snow Roads one was a few years ago and early this year there was one about the 1,200 km one up the West coast of Scotland.
They were a fascinating insight into the mega long distance audax riders.
The 1,200 km one was organised by a chap called Mark Rigby from Cheltenham way. He organises loads and mentored my friend with him setting up the ones he has organised.
My friend averages 2 or 3 200km audaxes a week and has loads of long distance records.
We reckon he has a screw loose.
