Morning, have been busy getting 'my girls' (MrsD and daughter) up and ready for their 'Race for Life' Cancer Research event this morning. They (and a few hundred other assorted females) are going to do the 5k at Westpoint in Exeter. Daughter wanted to do it but her Mum (ex MrsD) vetoed it, she had to have an adult with her to do it so step-mum MrsD v2.0 volunteered, they have over £120 sponsorship between them now. 
I'll just be doing the lawn and walking the dog. Later.

There is a homemade two-layer chocolate sponge in the fridge It's in there because it's slavered in cream icing. It also has a topping of chocolate shavings. The girls are out. I've walked the dog, done the lawn. Now, how can I reward myself?
