Hubster said something about the Wymondham Festival on today so I'm assuming that they were something to do with that. They've stopped now and Billy the Greyhound has calmed down with the aid of a kong, stuffed with cream cheese and peanut butter, straight from the freezer. They all have one, not just Billy. Kongcicles work every time.
