On the first pot of tea of the day
Had an unplanned lie-in. Got up at 10.55 . I blame Ivan; he'd come and snuggled up with me and everything was very cosy

Once is finished, I need to get out on my bike. Quick gentle 15 miles and then that's it until Sunday's 100. here, so might go for shorts

Yep. That was him at 3 months old. The CPL fosterers sent me that pic to see if I wanted him. I was after an older cat, but decided to go and see him anyway. Then he nibbled my nose and occurred.

He chose you then, not the other way around?

Leo and Tasha were with the CPL, in one of their homes, rather than being fostered. The cats that have chosen me, have been youngish, about three or four years old. Except for Tasha who was less than two years old.

At three months old, was Ivan past the climbing up the curtains stage?

Early next year I may be chosen by another cat. Very sadly Leo died, mostly of old age and liver failure, early in July, aged about fifteen or sixteen.
