Courgettes, Marrows, Apples, Pears, Blackberries, Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, some random pumpkin thing called a 'Turks Turban' ( Been roasting those), runner beans, potatoes and onions. I shall also be making cider with the class 2 ie '*****' apples. Oh and some swiss chard.. but that was .

Swiss chard looks great, but I agree, tastes . Shame, cos it's easy to grow

Morning all, MasterGM is leaving us on Monday to go to America for a two year internship. It's been is ambition ever since he was small, he hasn't even gone yet and I miss him already

Yes I was looking forward to it as it has ridiculous amounts of goodness in it, as banded around in some article I was reading. However the stalks are ok, but the good green leaves are vom. It's joined the ranks with the Samphire and Brussel Sprouts.

All this chat of American travel I see. I'd love to go to South America but would prob never leave. North America has never drawn me in I'm happy to say.

My predictions were correct big splats of as soon as Bertha's wheels touched tarmac, which got heavier and heavier accompanied by a nice head wind all the way there I think I need to get some ear muffs or a woolly hat that covers my ears

A merino buff is the way forward. I just bought one and fashioned it into a beanie hat, it is marvelous.

Buffs are great I always use one as a hat under my helmet and in winter wrap another one round my face.
