Well he claims to be able to remember the Border change in April 1974. Whether he was there for it is another matter.

If you go back on the thread to July him and Mrs RM were touring Holland and we had some nice pictures of cakes and scenic shots of Holland sent which included the Sheriff of Finchley himself.

He did post a picture on a couple of weeks back on a very wet and windy day by a lake.

I always play 2 because 4 seems to require too much thought when I play late at night!

I'm disappointed with the standard of play of the backgammon app though - it does stupid things like leaving odd pieces behind which means it sometimes loses by backgammons or gammons when it should really only lose by a single game. If I were not such a saddo, I could just find someone to play online ...

Ha ha - I don't know!

It seems weird to me to wear a sock with an elasticated top so tight that it digs into your calf, and then attach a gizmo to it to hold it up! If I were that bothered about socks staying up, I would wear ones long enough to go to the top of the calf.

Okay 'xplain to me what is better about bigger wheels are they supposed to be easier to pedal?

Well, bigger wheels roll better over rough surfaces and obstacles like kerbs.

But mostly, I think it's for, as the kids say, the LOLZ.
