ok who peed off the beeb? torrential rain and 70mph winds...........

i've been out to Richmond pk 6am to beat the rain and it's perfect weather for a ride 5mph n 6 degrees

I went yesterday as it was forecast for rain today . The top of Richmond hill in that thunderstorm was not the best idea ive ever had By the time I got home I couldn't even grip my keys to open the front door I was soooooooo cold !

Right, myself and @rb58 are going to be at HPC for 9.30am to see who's about. Couple of laps of Hyde Park, and seeing as the weather report is looking not bad, how about a trip up to Ally Pally @topcat1

Spin classes Dave. Get down to spin classes. I spin out at about 160rpm these days (not that I can sustain that for long)

I'm going up early to get a few laps of Hyde Park in because I need to be home again early for a lunch booking. All of which means I'm likely to be going down Eltham High Street at about 7.30. I'll check back here before I leave in the morning, but if we're going to meet probably best at the lights at the bottom of the high street opposite McDonalds.

Rode home.
Had an excellent lunch in the pub.
Just another Sunday really.
