Kewl, cycling legs are well below par so it will be 'fun' to see how I do especially as I need to head over to Plumstead afterwards.

Plumstead is only a couple of pedal strokes from the Woolwich Ferry - I shall most likely be going that way as I'm on a 1pm-ish curfew. Roast beef don't you know.

I guess, on that basis, that I should apply more release agent to the duvet than I did last night.....
That way I may actually pitch up on time.....

Coin tossing between the fixer with mdgrds and the soot one without.
