Did the wiggle ride. 45 miles in 3 hours 10 including a 10 min stop at the feed station. only used the granny ring once and didn't walk up any hills! Started off with mates but (politely) ditched them at 10k for slowness - if only I'd done it earlier I could have had a silver! :-)
