Up for this. just need someone to push the other crank round, and maybe help with my newly comfigured 'off-bike' steering arrangements.
Oh, and if we can find a way to stop all the little purple stars joining up, that'd do wonders for my conscious.
Hmmm.. maybe not this week after all

I'm sure if it was possible, there would be many willing CCers to lend a hand. Take it easy Andy!

Ian I thought you weren't around all of Feb?
I'm a possible dependent on route and weather (ie gustiness)

See post above Grace..
Long range forcast is looking ok.
I am heading out early to cram some miles in, so would be more then happy to swing by and pick you up and escort you to HPC

I'll be there with Liza my flatmate, so nothing too strenuous this week please. Regents or Richmond Park would be good for her.

This will be her first CC or group ride and she's still getting used to her road bike (but it is very clean still). It'll also probably be her first ride with clipless pedals as well

Go clipless- Go Lisa!!

I'm also needing a sedate ride that's as flattish as possible so not to worry too much - if we have an exchange of Lisa's clean bike to appease the speed Gods -you know who you are  then maybe we'll both be alright..if not I can lag behind her.

I've probably cycled three/four times in five months...bloody useless that isn't it? So she has nothing to worry about!

Dave - yes..maybe I'll give the Blackwall Tunnel a miss!

Yip...Sunday...a little nervous but really excited . Like my flatmate said going clipless mmmm... and hopefully I will have both legs and all my joints left by the end of the ride, but then again, speed is not one of my strengths, so like he says, if I fall it will be in slow-motion .

haha errr..I used to be a very good bike owner too...I am a sheep that has wondered too far from the flock...It's what happens when I stopped doing the Sunday rides (but didn't have the stuff or premises to clean my bike anymore) and now that I do..I've gotten lazy- I think Ian needs to clean me into shape. Kilner the Ribble is still sparkling but it's cause he hasn't been out.

Look forward to meeting you too Liza!

Good! I will not tolerate dirty bikes on these rides.
