Oh yes! I've cycled the A30. Once.

I don't think I'll come out to Heathrow as I have time constraints but I'll be at SS for 9:30 for the ride to Holland Park for c*ff**.

Ditto, i've gotta be back for lunch at 1pm

it's a bit of a schlep, and you have to take the A4 or the A30 as they are, but the tunnel is fun.

My other thought is Hampton Court if Topcat is prepared to show us the way. There's a sweet caff just opposite the bridge. We could return up the towpath.

Not sure about a towpath on racing tyres but.. happy to see what decision is made in the morning!!! BBC now showing a dry night

Last time into HH, there was much muttering in the marsh as I led them up and over towards Spaniards...anyone who frets about rubber is in for a treat on the bit after the bridge! I did it on 23s - it's fine! Clive had just fitted new tyres and was in tears - they were just sooo dirty!
Peds and dogs too...East Heath Road is a nice lung stretcher alternative - but you racing snakes will not breathe heavy.
