I'm afraid I'm out for this one, after my spectacularly bad performance in the park this morning I am rapidly heading towards a nasty cold - I'm already tucked up in bed with a (medicinal) glass of rose!

I'm working next weekend so I'll see you all for the Whitstable ride, unless anyone fancies an evening ride at some point?

ok my stance may change in the morning but irrespective of the weather I am planning on venturing out (need to get out of the house)

May take a spin up to London but may also go and try out my 50 mile commute again
