It was Ian's legendary navigation skills that led to the ill-fated U-turn that resulted in the horse-poo crash! In fact I am holding Ian completely responsible!
Not a bad week though, first 100K on Weds then first 100miles on Sat! Pootled down to HPC on a well-laden pub-bike this morning, now looking forward to a Sunday Roast!If I make Whitstable it will be one way and pub only!

The café at Whitstable is at the end of a fast run in (best stick with Ian, Matt and Dan rather than a slow group like Davywalnuts, Big Martin23.5, Zimzum (who will be doing this ride)). An ideal location, where you are among friends and it is hard to make yourself look silly. (And no-one cares if you do)
It was an armwarmer and buff morning

I left home late..ish went to the posh bit of hackney - highbury
wanted to do swains lane but time was against me, so headed over to hpc
to meet Becs
We pootled over to camden where she was meeting some friends and the weather got colder
i did a fast lap of regents park to warm up then headed towards the river passing Bentmikey hard at
work along the way
26 windy miles

Flat limits the ride to Greenwich or Hampton CourtAnyway one day it will be my turn to pick a destination and I'll sulk if we don't go......
