There has been a lot of talk about some massive backlog at Felexstowe. Not sure if that is still the case - but if so maybe a chance for that to get up to date.
If nothing else, it's freed up one of the container berths for three or four days in the second week of April - unfortunately nothing else can get through the Suez canal to take advantage of the space. A sister ship, the Ever Glory, has just docked here and probably won't leave until Tuesday or Wednesday, such are the volumes of container moves on these mega ships.

I blame all those incompetent Johnny Foreigner types who haven't been dredging enough. If you skimp on your canal maintenance programme, this is the result! :laugh:
Maybe good old Sleepy Joe can be woken up and persuaded to help out by dropping a couple of tactical nukes over there to help clear it out a bit? He's not been averse to a bit of foreign military intervention so far....
