Not exactly, but i'm not watching for excitement.

I'd prefer a humanist ceremony, ie a celebration of a life.
In the absence of that option, the FF button will be quite useful.

I'd prefer a Christian ceremony which rejoices in the sure and certain hope of eternal life.
Seems a bit of a shame in two ways that the Queen's body will be flown: denies the faithful a chance to bow to the Royal Train; and a further avoidable increase in carbon footprint.

I was looking at the fuel economy of the dassult jet Vs the train and the train losses out to the plane I think assuming 1l of jet fuel is as polluting as 1l of diesel.

The Dassault is too small to be used to transport the coffin.

Hasn't been announced.

My money would have been on the UK-painted Voyager, but I'm not sure if that can get into Northolt, so possibly the A321 in a similar scheme if that's available.

A period of lying in state in each of the major towns/cities of the UK might just bring a few practical problems.
It's been done before. Queen Eleanor. Not since, but this Queen was exceptional, so maybe some exceptions should be made. Seems disrespectful to send the body air freight, or as military cargo like an old tank.

Typical the country gets a bank holiday. What do we retired pensioners get then someone tell me.

Something else to moan about? 🤣

On the subject of road / rail / aeroplane transfer of the coffin from Edinburgh to London on a ‘green’ basis.

I’ve been intermittently following the cortege today on the news and, aside from the motorcycle outrider and the five or six other vehicles that were shown (I’ve no doubt others were used but out of shot), there is obviously at least one helicopter following things and relaying back video.

Its evident, from Flight Radar, there are actually three helicopters following it, certainly as it nears Edinburgh. Video footage for other broadcasters?

If this model was followed for the road, or rail, transfer to London, aeroplane may actually be the green option with all things considered.
