I'm having a spat on a local Facebook page regarding this vehicle. One poster said quote..."Look how many bays are free". This poster was defending the illegally driven vehicle that doesn't have an up to date MOT certificate that was also parked in a disable bay without a blue badge. My question is, as you can see there is one bay unoccupied, but is the bay next to it also unoccupied?🤔 There doesn't appear to be a car there, but there could be a small car parked right up to the bollard, giving the impression the parking bay was empty at the time.

Go's with the territory of ownership of a such a moronic vehicle, and really one should not post such things like this on an open forum,
If you want to 'police' parking like this, bringing the matter to the attention to the store you are parked at is the better option, for them to enforce their parking protocols,.
On the matter of the MOT, ,you should report the matter to the DVLC for them to chase up.
Turning it up as a Vigilante ops on Facebook isn't going to endear you to others, you do realise they could trace your details from the platform and make life onerous for you.

It's not my photo. A woman posted the pic of the vehicle and the MOT details. Sadly she received some seriously nasty ill informed comments, such as "You sad cow, get a life" and "It's illegal to check someone's MOT, Tax and Insurance details online you nosy bitch", which as we know isn't 'illegal' at all, but we are talking illiterate, poorly educated types here so it's to be expected. I just commented that the vehicle owner won't have a blue badge, that's why there isn't one on display, also saying I can only see one free disabled bay empty, not 'many' like one poster said there was. I did PM the OP, defending her comments, saying I've sent this message via PM rather than on the actual page, to avoid nasty comments being directed at me. The OP later replied, thanking me for my support.

All which wasn't previously made clear. Whilst it's your duty to report unregistered, untaxed, non compliant vehicles, if you believe thats so, its not expected to blame shame people that do so, thats a matter for the authorities,
As you wrote, the outcome is as posted

Same question as why are the Olympics supported by brands such as Coke and McDonalds? I can’t get my head around why council run sports facilities serve up ultra processed, fatty, unhealthy food.

There is no such thing as 'unhealthy food' - just too much of it.
