Why don't pandas like sex and how did they evolve that way?

Female pandas are only fertile for about 3 days a year.
No idea why they evolved that way, but that's why it's tricky for them.
They are also essentially a carnivore that has evolved to eat bamboo, so can’t get enough calories out in.
They almost deserve to go extinct. But huge sums of money are spent in on them, despite there being plenty of other animals worth saving too.

Pandas 100% deserve extinction. The pair of them which were at Edinburgh Zoo for reasons I don't understand can do one.
But we have probably been responsible over the years for changing their natural habitat.
I don't know much about remote Chinese mountains, but you're probably right.
I might as well tell you all now that I dislike dolphins too. And penguins.

when I call a company and there's a message stating "Calls may be recorded for training purposes"... do I, being one half of that call, have a right to a copy of the recording?

Yes. You are entitled to see any information a company holds on you. You have to make a formal request, usually as part of a complaint.
