For those who have noticed Speicher’s rank of Vice Admiral, he is an important member of the Nigerian Navy. His position was purchased, at great expense, from his good friend “The Nigerian Prince”.

While it is grandly known as the Royal Saharan Navy, Vice Admiral Speicher is still trying to get the prince to buy him a boat, any kind of boat.

He’s been promised a used Jeep.
