MDB has the full collection of Ladybird reading books from 1a to 12c, it's just a good job for him that they have pictures in them.

The Ladybird book of locomotives was written by a very well known railway author under a pseudonym, so don't (k)nock it.As an aside, I have a friend who is a train driver and when he was doing his training on hydraulic transmissions, he used an old Ladybird book to illustrate it.
He was slagged off by his classmates... Until the Instructor saw it.

Mad Doug has been commissioned to write the Ladybird book of Post a Lie highlights. To date, he hasn’t found anything to write about.
MDB won't admit to anyone that he has grey hair, he claims that it's, 'chestnut brown with silver highlights.'
