Not so sure about that. I bought a tins of soup in Aldi, it had big lump of plastic in it!.
I emailed them there reply "you are the only person to complain about plastic in soup " and "take it back with your receipt And you will get a refund "
As if I still had the tin?
Or could be bothered to do that?
Buying by business has nothing whatsoever to do with laziness, supermarkets are often cheaper for some items.
It's standard to ask for you to take it back.
Buying by business does have to do with being arsed. Many local businesses walk/drive around the corner and fill up. That's how it is. It's something that people pretend doesn't happen, but in normal times can have an effect on stock levels.
