They were ok to work on except they could suffer from porous cylinder heads

I never kept them that long, swapped every two years back then. I replaced it with Golf VR6

My uncle had the chance to buy that car for €5,000 a good few years ago but thought it took expensive. He regrets it now...

Prompted me to truffle off and check. Yes it's a second generation car so a v12, and all is well with the world
