Hello

Having cast around for a few cycling forums since the purchase of a new Triban and having found Bikeradar to be bit of sprawling mess and some of the others a bit exclusive to some very small groups going by what was on show...I settled upon this one.

Hello, been cycling for over 25 years. Have joined to get some repair tips etc.
Currently running a Gudereit RC30, bought recently refurbished.
Two repair projects: Claud Butler Urban 200, snapped frame! Hoping to be able to claim warranty.Want to rebuild and use as an "undesirable to thieves" inner city commuter.
Emmelle Classic 300. Needs rear wheel servicing, new chain and cassette. Hope to use as occasional hard frame trail bike.

hi. I bought frame from a grage sale. seemed like a really easy thing to turn it into a bike, as it had all parts except wheels and saddle. the only thing I found on it was a logo the letter FS in the middle. circel with 2 wings thats it. it seems like a hybrid. FS only results in finding Full Suspension bikes... which is not what I want. is there any way to upload an image here?

...heh messy writing skills in the evening... MY QUESTION IS: DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A BRAND "FS"?? IT SEEMS LIKE A LOW-MID LEVEL BIKE(MORE LOW THAN MID) THE LOGO CONTAINS OF THE LETTERS F AND S IN A SIMPLE WHITE CIRCLE THAT HAS TWO WING-LIKE EXTENTIONS AROUND IT.
HOPE SOMEONE RECOGNISES IT. i WOULD LOVE TO UPLOAD A PHOTO, IF THATS POSSIBLE

Hello

To the selfish, nasty lycra lout who rear ended me in Chiswick High Road this morning knackering my gears, never apologised and then responded to my plaintiff cries that he had damaged my bike with a dismissive "Oh, F*** OFF!" as he sped off down the road. Well, Karma will find you out. It always does.

Anyway, Sorry my first posting had to be a gripe. But I love the site and have spent many a lost hour following various conversations and finally felt compelled to sign up today.

I'm a Twickenham boy, Been commuting into to Canary Wharf and now West End on bike for the past 5 or so years so pretty much have had every cycling experience good and bad under my belt including several "near death" experiences (which seem a London cyclist's rite of passage).

Looking forward to being part of group of like minded souls (except that bloke in Chiswick this morning) and slipping in my two penneth worth to any interesting chats.

God Bless
Not anywhere near Chiswick this morning so think that makes me safe saying hello lol. Reckon anybody who usses a bike in London is very brave or a little mad talking from experiance as from Camden but now in safer placee to cycle Warrington near Manchester Ps not into lycra at my age lol
