Hello Shaun, this post is also a cry for help!

Just tried to fix my frozen front suspension (Suntour Nex 4610 v2 on a Scott Sportster), by unscrewed locking nut which popped up on a rod which now won't go back in.
So suspension unfrozen but can no longer lock. Need it for work tomorrow morning.
Can I still ride on it?

I assume replacing with a different model will be cheaper than getting it fixed and will search ebay but are they all compatible?
My bike has 700c wheels and v forks.

Quick Hi from me...Mike from Cambridgeshire...long time Mountain biker and trail rider..... Road Bike coming this week so I can push myself on the road and perhaps the road biking will change my fitness for the MTB dicipline
Not being a Club type.... and with several pals who are of differing abilities.... we ride out together on differing routes and venues.....

just ordered a 2015 trek fx 7.4 disk last time I rode a bike we called them 10 speeds over the years ( I'm 54 ) I got a lil out of shape and with the explosion of trails built I believe cycling will be the best way to get fit
