I've been plagued with nofurtications from Ma Caffee recently! They seem to have become more threatening saying that my tablet could now be infected ! We just looked through the system and it says that the system is up to date and protected . I have just been deleting them but it makes you wonder !

There was one in a fly tip the other day but I think it's gone now !

Gmail automatically classifies such as Spam and it gets stuck in a Spam folder rather than the main inbox. 23 in mine at the moment of such along with missed deliveries etc. Does get the odd wrong one which is good that it does not auto delete them.

Yea. It looked alright - in the dark - when I collected it 😉 But not sure I’m set on the colour…..

I once took an old carpet up to the dump. Had to make two trips with the bits and on my second trip I met somebody with the first part taking it home in a wheelbarrow. This before the days of regulation and the dump was widely known as the "spares department".

Dry day forecast with strong winds which have not yet arrived. Very red sky when I got up.
The latest local talking point is a narrow street with a blind corner about to collapse on one side and a wall on the other side which is bulging ominously. This narrow bit is controlled by traffic lights as anyone trying to pass will probably topple into the void on one side as a delivery van did a few years ago.
I drove along yesterday and the lights were red in my direction and stayed red for a long time. You cannot see anything at the other end due to the bend in the road so no idea if anything is coming. Eventually ventured past the red light and the queue at the other end made it obvious that the lights were stuck on red in both directions. These are temporary lights installed about 12 years ago.
Much local annoyance but nothing will improve until there is a major collapse.

Just back from one of the reasons l love France ......the Boulangerie in Frayssinet le Gélat . so now l have two pain au chocolat and a pain de campagne all baked earlier this morning.
